M. Salman Jamil Owaisi is an Advocate High Court with an LLM from the United Kingdom and an LLB (Hons.) in Shariah & Law from the International Islamic University, Islamabad. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, his professional focus brings together corporate law, litigation, arbitration, mediation and regulatory compliance.
His experience includes commercial and constitutional litigation, contracts, customs and taxation matters, construction-related disputes, ESG and human-rights due diligence, and representation before courts and regulatory authorities. As Managing Partner, he leads legal strategy and client advisory with an emphasis on clear documentation, effective dispute resolution and commercially informed risk management.
